THE BIG TIPS

Do you Carabao it?
THE BIG OPINION

Howe is that possible?
In and amongst all the storylines this season, there is an intriguing narrative unfoldingā¦
Spurs and Man United are both alive and kicking in the Europa League, with Frankfurt and Lyon awaiting in the next round.
Both sides can be backed at 4/1 to win the competition. Whether you like it or not, that means that the prospect of one of those sides winning is just 6/4.
Or, in real terms: a 40% chance.
Essentially, a 40% chance that of one of Spurs or United playing in the Champions League next season.
Those same two sides currently sit on 34 points in the Premier League - below the average relegation threshold.
Itās a sick old world.
Now put that in the context of Newcastle, who are 5/2 to get a top four place and secure top-tier European football next season.
It would be a brutal, brutal end to the season if they were to lose the Carabao Cup Final, miss out on the Champions League⦠and end up watching United or Spurs in the 36-team league table come September.
THE BIG FANTASY

Which is looking like it will include a Double Gameweek if they lose to Man City in the FA Cup.
